Ingredients:
- 1 head of green cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cans (10.75 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cornflake crumbs

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the shredded cabbage and chopped onion in the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the soup mixture and stir until melted.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the cabbage and onions in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter and cornflake crumbs. Crumble the cornflakes slightly before adding to the butter. Mix until well combined.
- Sprinkle the cornflake crumb mixture over the top of the cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
